Your relationships with your customers and vendors are the heart of your business. Having access to your customer and vendor contact information and activity is important to keeping track of these important relationships. That is why we have enhanced the Contacts feature in WorkingPoint. Now, not only can you view the best way to get in touch with your contacts and record notes, you can see and access their account activity all from the contact record.

Whether they are a customer, a vendor, or both a customer and a vendor of yours, you can view a summary of their history, including how much they owe you or how much you owe them, the amount that is overdue, whether your customer has any unapplied credits, open quotes, and the total lifetime sales or bill payments for the contact. Simply switch between the Customer History and Vendor History tabs to see the activity summary for each relationship.


New lists below the contact and summary info, give you quick and easy access to invoices, quotes, credits, and bills. Filter the lists to show Open or All documents. Click a link to view the supporting documents. It couldn’t be easier. You can even send an invoices list to your contact and remind them of their open invoices or send a list of all the invoices for a quick statement of accounts, so they can see their lifetime sales.
