The Time Tracking List shows all the items you created to track the time you spend on billable customer activities. The Time Tracking List shows the name you have given your time tracking item, the date you created the item, the start time for the first entry, the length of time spent to date on the item to date, the status of the item, including open, running and invoiced, the rate at which you bill for your time, and the description for the item.
Use the Items list to:

Add a new item |
Click the New Time Tracking Item button and complete the item form. More

Delete an item |
To delete an item, click the Delete link under the Action column. You can’t delete a time tracking item if it has been used on an invoice.

View an item |
To view the item details, click the View link under the Action column.
