As an administrator of your WorkingPoint account, you can have access to the Manage Account section of WorkingPoint where you can view your current billing information such as credit card on file, the last charge date, and the next scheduled charge date.
Before your credit card expires, we recommend that you login and update the expiration date to avoid suspension of your account. You can also update your billing information if you move or your just want to use another card.
To change your billing information:
Click the Account link (located next to Settings in the upper right hand corner of your account).
Click Change billing information.
Update the billing information, as needed.
You'll need to re-enter your Credit Card's security code before saving any changes.
Click Save Changes.
Note: You must be the cardholder to make changes to the credit card information on file. If you are not the cardholder, you can provide a new credit card for the account and the next scheduled payment will be charged to your new credit card.
