Your company information includes info that will appear on invoices and other documents that contain details about your company. You can enter your company name, address, and company contact information (like, email address and phone number). Providing this information is helpful to your customers because it appears on invoices in case they need to contact you. You can also upload your company logo.
To enter your company information:
Click the Settings link at the top of the page.

In the Company Information section, enter your company address as you would like it to appear on invoices, and other documents.
NOTE: If you collect sales tax, be sure to enter your zip code at a minimum so WorkingPoint can help you calculate sales tax. Without a zip code, WorkingPoint cannot pre-populate tax rates for you.
Enter your company email address.
On an invoice, this email address appears as an email link right below your phone number.
Enter your phone and fax numbers.
WorkingPoint puts your phone number below the address on an invoice.
In the Company Logo section, click Browse to put your logo on invoices and quotes (when viewing or printing).
The logo image must be less than 1MB and be one of these formats: .jpeg (.jpg), .gif, or .png.
WorkingPoint resizes the logo to fit. Images 100 pixels high for screen resolution and 416 pixels high for print resolution will displayed as is.
Click Save Changes.

Note: You can change your company information at any time. WorkingPoint uses the new information when you create a new invoice or quote and does not update the information on existing invoices and quotes (with the exception of your logo). |
