Invoice defaults include things you want to appear on your invoices, such as payment terms and your Terms & Conditions, as well as the standard email message to send to a customer when you email an invoice.
To customize your invoice:
Click the Settings link at the top of the page.

On the Settings page, scroll down until you see the Invoices section.
For Payment Terms, choose the payment terms you typically use.
WorkingPoint will automatically calculate the due date on an invoice based on the invoice date and the terms but you can override it.
Enter your standard Terms & Conditions. This standard message will appear on invoices when you create them, but you can override them.
Type a standard email message to send to a customer when you email an invoice.
You can personalize the email message for a particular customer at the time you email the invoice.
Enter a Motto/Headline. This might be your company tagline. It will appear at the top center of your invoices. This can only be changed here in Settings.
Enter in your Invoice Heading. For more people, this is simply "Invoice." But if your business uses a more specialized heading, like "Pro-forma Invoice" or "Sales Slip," you can change the heading here and it will appear on all invoices.
Choose whether you want to Show tax or hide it. By setting this option to "Hide," WorkingPoint will not print the Tax column header or the tax line in the Invoice Totals section.
Note: If your Show Tax is set to hide and you select a taxable item on your invoice, WorkingPoint will override the hide settings and show the tax column and total tax in Totals area.
Choose the Font you want to use on your invoices. You can choose from popular typefaces, including Arial, Courier New, Helvetica, Garamond, Georgia, Tahoma, Trebuchet MS, and Verdana.
Select the Date Format you want to use on invoices. You can choose from the month, day, year format (MM/DD/YYYY); day, month, year (DD/MM/YYYY) or if you prefer to spell out the month, you can choose the Month DD, YYYY format.
(Premium feature) Choose whether you want to show or hide the "Powered by WorkingPoint" message on invoices.
Click Save Changes.
