User sessions time out after 30 minutes of inactivity. This is a security feature that helps to keep your WorkingPoint account safe from unauthorized users. If you walk away from your computer and forget to log out, after 30 minutes of inactivity, we'll log you out.
But, we'll warn you before we do it. This way you can keep your account accessible in case you are just taking a break. When the warning pops up, just let us know you are still there by clicking "I'm still here" and we'll reset the timeout.
