Accounts are suspended when WorkingPoint is unable to charge the credit card on file for your account because your credit card has expired or your billing information is no longer valid. Updating your billing information with an valid credit card will reactivate your account.
To reactivate your account:
Log in to your account. You will be directed to the Manage Account section and the Account Suspended message will appear.
Click the Update your billing information now link in the message or scroll down and click Change billing information.
On the Billing Information page, update the credit card on file or enter a new card.
You'll need to re-enter your Credit Card's security code before saving any changes.
Click Save Billing Info or Save Changes.
