It happens, you forget your username or password. WorkingPoint makes it easy to retrieve your login information so you can get back to work.
To retrieve your username or reset your password:
Go to your account login page.
You access your account login page by typing a unique URL into your web browser, for example, https://youraccountname.workingpoint.com or https://youraccountname.workingpoint.com/login.
Click the Forgot your username or password? link.
Enter the email address that you provided for the account. We'll send you instructions for logging in to the email address on your account.
You should receive the email within a few minutes. Check your junk or spam folders if you don't receive it in your inbox.
If you forgot your username, it will be provided in the email.
If you forgot your password, click the link provided in the email and then follow the prompts.
