You can print an invoice or quote to send to your customer via snail mail or just keep it for your records. When you print an invoice or quote, WorkingPoint creates a PDF file that you then print or save and marks the invoice/quote as sent and makes a note in the History section of the invoice or quote indicating that it has been printed, along with the date.
To print an invoice or quote:
Click the Invoices tab to open the Invoices List.
Open the invoice or quote you want to print by clicking the link in the Invoice column.
In the invoice or quote form, click the Print PDF button.

Choose Internal Use to keep invoice/quote set to not sent
Choose To Send to Customer to mark invoice/quote as sent

Note:
If you have a PayPal account, you can
configure your
PayPal Payments settings and include a button on your PDF invoice
that customers can click to pay their invoice using their PayPal account.
