If you already have an address book full of contacts set up in your email program, you might be able to import those contacts into WorkingPoint. This way you won't have to spend time re-typing your contacts into WorkingPoint.
Before you can import your contacts, you must first convert your email address book into a format WorkingPoint can read and import. WorkingPoint can import the following formats:
Outlook CSV Format (.csv format)
Gmail vCard and Apple vCard (.vcf format)
You'll need to export the contacts from your email program into one of the above formats. If you don't have your contacts in an email program, you still may be able to import your contacts. To do so:
Export your contacts into CSV from WorkingPoint (click the CSV export icon at the top of the page next to the printer icon)
Use the CSV file as a template and copy and paste your contacts into it
Upload the CSV file using Option 1: Upload an Outlook CSV file

Note: If your exported file is greater than 1 MB, (which is a LOT of contacts: about 10,000), break up the contacts into groups, and import from multiple groups. |
