Deleting a contact

You can delete contacts only if the contacts do not have quotes, invoices or recurring invoice plans associated with them. If the contact is a company, you also cannot delete the company if there are no people associated with it.  

To delete a contact:

  1. Click the Contacts tab to open the Contacts List.

  2. Move the pointer to the left of the contact you want to delete. You’ll see this:

  1. Click the Trashcan.

  2. Click Undo if you didn’t mean to delete the contact.

  

Note: When you delete a contact who is associated with an existing company, WorkingPoint automatically updates the company record.
