Editing a bill

You can make changes to a bill in two ways: from the Bills List or from the bill form.

To edit a bill from the Bills List:

  1. Click the Bills tab to open the Bills List.

  2. Move the pointer over the bill you want to edit. You’ll see this:

  1. Click the Edit link.

  2. Make the changes.

  3. Click Save Bill.  

To edit a bill from the bill form:

  1. Click the Bills tab to open the Bills List.

  2. Open the bill you want to edit by clicking the link for the bill in the Description column.

  3. Click Edit Bill.

  1. In the bill form, make the changes.

  2. Click Save Bill.

  

Note: You can't save changes to a bill that would cause the available quantity of an inventory-tracked item to fall below zero.
