You can delete a payment you’ve made on a bill. Deleting a payment removes the entry in the account the payment was made from (your bank or credit card account) and deletes the payment from the Accounts Payable account.
To delete a payment:
Click the Bills tab to open the Bills List.
Open the bill you want to delete a payment from by clicking the link for the bill in the Description column.
In the Payments Made section of the bill, move the pointer over the payment you want to delete. You’ll see this:
Click the Trashcan icon.
Click Undo if you didn't really mean to delete the payment.
Note: Deleting a payment removes the entry from the Payments Made section of the bill.
