New Year, New Feature – Paperless Invoicing!

Hello WorkingPoint Users,
With the start of 2013 comes the introduction of a hotly anticipated feature in your WorkingPoint account: Paperless Invoicing.
With Paperless Invoicing, when you email your customer an invoice, they will receive a link that they can click on to view their invoice online, pay it, and save it to PDF for their records – All without using a single piece of paper! No paper required – though there is an option to print too.
Another cool thing Paperless Invoicing offers is when your customer views the invoice online, a note is recorded in the History section of the invoice – so you know when your customer has seen their invoice. And more online payment methods will be added in the future to Paperless Invoicing, giving your customers more ways to pay you electronically, aka quick and easy for you!
This new feature is enabled in your account by default. So, you don’t have to do anything to start using this cool new feature. One thing though – if you have a default email message that refers to the old way of doing things you may want to update it.
