Tate Holt – CEOTate began his career as a star salesman with IBM in the 1970’s before honing his management skills at Triad Systems Corporation and as a senior executive at ADP. In the 1980’s, he twice led the development and delivery of enterprise management systems that became leaders in their respective markets. In 1989, Tate founded a consulting business that specialized in helping small and mid-sized businesses grow. He played a critical role in the turnaround of The Oakland Tribune and was instrumental in growing the "…For Dummies" brand from $7 million to more than $150 million in annual revenues. The author of two books and a U.S. patent, he has been on the Board of Directors of four publicly traded technology companies, and earned his Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University. |

Dennis Faust – CTODennis has led the development of major software products and platforms for 20 years. He most recently served as CTO of MECA Communications, a leader in rich media-based instant messaging. Just prior, he was Chief of Web Technology at TechTV. As VP of Engineering at More.com he led the team that developed one of the first high-volume e-commerce engines on the web. His work at Digicash, which created a payment system used by international banks, continues to underpin most cash-based online payment systems in use today. Dennis holds a BS from Florida State University. |

Tony Pecora – CMOTony has been in internet marketing and business development for more than ten years. He was VP Business Development at both Monster.com and Become.com and Sr. Director of Internet Marketing at Ebay. He came to the internet by way of Compaq Computers and holds an MBA from the Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and attended the United States Military Academy at West Point. |

Donovan Bray – Senior Engineer and Operations Team LeadDonovan was a core developer for the PHP open source, image folio Coppermine (v 1.4) in his spare time while he was the Senior Network Architect for Cuesta College and then the Edmonds School District. He’s a solid Engineer with in-depth knowledge of Ops, QA, and Development practices, Donovan is the glue that holds everything together. Always innovating, improving, investigating, researching, and optimizing, there seems to be no limit to Donovan’s abilities. Beyond all of that, he is extremely helpful, incredibly easy to deal with, and a pleasure to work with. |

He has a well rounded expertise starting from systems management, deployment and configuration to software architecture and design.
